With nearly 20 years of experience across Biotech and Pharma, Sammia brings a deep understanding of the full clinical trial lifecycle—beginning in the lab, advancing through clinical research, and later specializing in clinical systems. Her career has been defined by bridging science, operations, and technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
Beyond system implementation and oversight, Sammia is passionate about leveraging efficiencies to create impact. She has partnered with clinical sites to repurpose trial supply surplus for charities overseas, extending the reach of research into global good.
Most recently, she created Optmli, an application built to centralize vendor oversight with embedded governance structures. Designed to streamline oversight, enhance early risk detection, and reduce time spent on manual monitoring, Optmli reflects her commitment to both operational excellence and meaningful outcomes. 
Through V Optimize, her mission is to help purpose led organizations find areas of social impact.
